Christian Otto (M.Sc.)

Meine Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Untersuchung von cross-modalen Zusammenhängen zwischen visuellen und textuellen Informationen. Dazu gehört die Exploration der kommunikationswissenschaftlichen Grundlagen, das Design von Deep-Learning-Anwendungen zur automatischen Erkennung von multimodalen Informationen und die Anwendung dieser Beziehungen zur Verbesserung von entsprechenden Suchmaschinen, z.B. für wissenschaftliche Publikationen oder wissenschaftliche Videos. Außerdem bin ich verantwortlich für das Usability-Labor der Forschungsgruppe, welches u.a. für die Erforschung von neuen Benutzer-Interaktionsmöglichkeiten des TIB AV-Portals zuständig ist.
