Kader Pustu-Iren (M.Sc.)

Im Rahmen eines Projekts zur Erschließung von großen Videobeständen beschäftige ich mich mit Personenerkennung und Visualisierungstechniken zur effektiven Exploration. Mein Forschungsschwerpunkt liegt auf Visual Question Answering für Videos (VideoQA). Dies beinhaltet die Extraktion von visuellen Informationen, unter anderem mittels Objekt-/Konzepterkennung sowie der Schätzung des Aufnahmeortes, und die Modellierung von Wissensgraphen, um Fragen basierend auf dem visuellen Inhalt eines Videos automatisch zu beantworten. Grundlage meiner Forschung sind Deep-Learning-Methoden.
