Leibniz Association's Open Access Publishing Funds

Scientists affiliated to one of Leibniz Association's 97 research institutes benefit from the Leibniz Association's Open Access Publishing Funds covering both Article Processing Charges (APC) as well as Book Processing Charges (BPC).

Leibniz' Open Access Funds are being either subsidized or fully financed by the Executive Board's strategic fund. They are limited in time and will initially be runnig -  subject to available funds - by June 2024. In addition to financial and administrative support, the projects aim to evaluate different models of open access funding suitable for the Leibniz Association and its institutes.

Therefore, please note the different terms and conditions of the two funding lines.
