Which Requirements must be fulfilled?

• To qualify you have to be a researcher or student at Leibniz Universität Hannover, submitting the paper as the responsible corresponding author.
• The journal must be covered by the HSS hybrid agreement (see list above).
• Eligible article types: Original Research Papers, Review Papers, Brief Communications, Short Reports, Case Reports

What do you have to do?

• Use your Leibniz University e-mail address during the submission process. Clearly state your institution affiliation in the submission form.
• Once your article has been accepted you will be contacted by SAGE, inviting you to choose the publishing route.
• Select the open access option and complete the registration process for the Open Access portal.
• Select the CC BY 4.0 publication license.
• TIB will then be notified to confirm the payment and complete the payment steps.

Open Access Journals

SAGE's gold open access journals are not covered by the agreement, but there's a 20% discount on APCs. Authors should apply for open access funding via LUH's Open Access Fund - given that the fund's eligibility criteria are met.
