I am a PhD student at Leibniz University Hannover majoring in web engineering for the user interface and working also as a research associate at TIB in the Data Science & Digital Libraries research group. After my bachelor studies, I have studied web development for six intensive months in a scholarship program. The program was funded by the ministry of communications and information technology, Egypt and was managed and taught by IBM. Later on, I was granted a Fulbright scholarship to study computer information systems in upstate New York for four consecutive semesters. In addition, I have had an internship at the Cornell University to develop web interfaces for Cornell, legal Institute. In total, I have around 15 years of professional working experience in software engineering mainly in web development. In addition, I have solid work experience in developing augmented reality applications, IoT, CRM, ERP systems. I have completed also my Master’s studies at Siegen University majoring in Human-Computer Interaction.
