TIB at the first Coffee lectures user meeting at the KIT Library

Lecture: "Coffee To Know" – ten minutes – one coffee – zero costs, Coffee Lectures at the TIB

On 19 April 2018, the library of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) is organizing a user meeting on the subject of "Coffee Lectures" for the first time.

Coffee lectures – a short format for imparting information literacy to scientific libraries – have been used since 2015 and are very popular. The event of the KIT Library offers the participants the opportunity to exchange experiences, includes tips and tricks for practical implementation, highlights the history of the Coffee lectures and gives an outlook on further developments.

Christine Burblies from the TIB – Leibniz Information Centre for Science and Technology will give a lecture entitled "Coffee To Know" – ten minutes – one coffee – zero cost, Coffee Lectures at the TIB. Burblies reports on the TIB's experience since the launch of its Coffee lectures in summer 2015.
