Requirements, framework architecture and first steps to implement an Open Research Knowledge Graph

The TIB – Leibniz Information Centre for Science and Technology has published a position paper on the Open Research Knowledge Graph. Accordingly, the TIB will offer a workshop on the topic of Open Research Knowledge Graph (OKRG) on Tuesday, 20 March 2018, from 10:00 to 16:00, in which requirements, framework architecture and first steps towards implementation will be discussed.

10:00: Overview Presentation on the Open Research Knowledge Graph Vision

10:30: Brief position statements by participants

11:00: Work in parallel workgroups

  • Data model, data storage and backend, API
  • Frontend and ORKG user interface
  • Pilot applications, testbeds and use cases, cooperation and governance

12:30: Plenary session and report from the workgroups

13:00: Lunch break

14:00: Continuation of workgroups

15:30: Concluding session with presentation of workgroup results and discussion of next steps
