After years of work in the laboratory or at your desk, your dissertation is finally finished? One last step remains: publishing your work. In many subjects it is still common to publish the thesis as a book. But cumulative dissertations are on the rise. There are various options for publishing, from traditional publishers to online publication in the university's repository. The 90-minute TIB webinar, which will be held in cooperation with the Graduate Academy on 20 April 2023, will introduce doctoral candidates at Leibniz Universität Hannover to the different ways of publishing their own dissertation and provide information on the legal framework, open access options, the costs to be expected and financing options.
