TIB's eTrainer funding is entering the second round: Funding for student assistantships

Support for the development of Open Educational Resources

In cooperation with the Lower Saxony Ministry of Science and Culture (MWK), the TIB – Leibniz Information Centre for Science and Technology is once again providing grants to finance student assistant positions.

The funding is intended to support university staff in the time-consuming task of developing online courses – especially in the technical implementation. In addition, it contributes to the openness of university teaching: The main requirement for a funding is the publication of the resulting content under an open license – as Open Educational Resources (OER). These are to be made available on www.twillo.de – an OER portal that the TIB and partners have developed together.

The funding offer addresses all subject areas and disciplines. All lecturers at state universities in Lower Saxony are invited to apply.

Interested? Please submit your short application by 15. August 2021.
