Chiral generalization of the effective QCD Lagrangian of the weak nonleptonic interactions which describes the transitions with delta T=1/2, delta T=3/2 in K -> 2 pi , K -> 3 pi decays has been proposed. The amplitudes of these processes have been calculated with account for the p/sup 4/-order of the low-energy chiral QCD expansion and one-loop contributions due to pi pi -interaction in the final state. It is shown that the detailed information on Dalitz-plots of the K -> 3 pi decays in the joints analysis of the K -> 2 pi processes allows one not only to study the relation between the transitions with delta =1/2, but also to select right currents in the transitions with delta =1/2 generated by the ''penguin'' type diagrams. 21 refs.; 2 tabs.
