General design and manufacture technology principles for steel-concrete composite base parts of different type of high-precise turning machines are considered. These parts are produced from high-strength modernized cement concretes in form of linear beam elements with or without external steel shell and in form of monoblocks. Recommendations on concrete compositions and production using the Portland-cement modernized binder with modified additives which ensure concrete placing comfort and its strength up to 160 MPa are given. The presented machine-tools technical data confirmed by results of experimental and industrial operation become a base for organization on JSC ''Krasny Proletary'' (Russia) small batch and individual production of different type turning machines with steel-concrete base parts. Because of technical data improvement it's possible to reduce 2 to 3 times the costs of base parts and 20 to 25 % the costs of machine-tool itself.
