The meteoritic stream exists always, but its intensity depends on a season and time of a day. During the year, in definite instants, the frequency of occurrence of meteors can be noticeably magnified due to originating of showers, which grow out crossings by the Earth of particle fluxes sliding on well known orbits around of the sun. The meteor trails are capable to reflect radio waves in a range from 30 up to 200 MHz, however, since frequency 60 MHz, there is a considerable attenuation of a received signal. When at the expense of reflection from a meteor trail there is a communication channel, the subscriber station enters communication, dispatching confirmations, and the exchange of the short messages on the definite protocol is carried out during hundreds milliseconds of existence of the channel. The short messages are encoded by noise-resistant codes. The MRC (Meteoric Radio Communication) systems can effectively be used for connection from point to point and for networks with set of stations with distances between stations up to 2000 kms. The received power after scattering from meteor trails at frequencies used in practice is discussed in details. The Meteor Communications Corporation Company (USA) has put more than 5000 radio sets of a meteoric radio communication in different countries of the world. The purpose of application of this MRC equipment is collection of the different data and information from autonomous objects, supervision behind movement of vehicles, including vessels and icebreakers, control of different remote and mobile objects etc. The Meteor Burst Communication Company (MBC) has developed a data network covering huge squares. The system is placed and controlled in Denmark, it covers a part of Holland, Belgium, north France and Germany.
