Rollover represents one of the most common ways of bus accidents. Therefore, a lot of attention has been dedicated directly to safety of that category of vehicles in the world. Basic requests related to bus safety during rollover are defined through UN/ECE Regulation No. 66. Total energy that bus superstructure should absorb is defined, without violation of residual space. Main objective of this paper is analysis and modeling of finite rigidity links, and also making of database for different types of links. These facts allow generating of appropriate superstructure model in fast and cost-effective way, that should fulfill nominated requests without practical tests and expensive calculation methods. At the end we presented instructions for future activities in this, very important area of road transport.
