The objective in this paper is to propose a new system which can examine the condition of flowing concrete and can predict and prevent the blocking of concrete. A new device was developed for measuring the electric resistance of concrete flowing through the pipelines. The system was applied to the experimental test of concrete pumping both in the laboratory and on site. As a result, it is considered that the coefficient of the variance of time sequential data of measured electric resistance and low frequency components of the data reduced by the frequency analysis could be the indices for prediction of the blockage of concrete flow through pipelines. And also that these indices are correlated with the degree of the 'fluctuation' which means that aggregates vibrate during flowing and induce oscillations in the mortar flow.
