A new laser is developed for medical imaging. The construction of this laser is based on the new principals of lasing spectrum operation. The output radiation possesses unusual spectral properties. They are investigated experimentally. The advantages are examined of such a radiation application for imaging in medical and biological investigations by the methods of microscopy, endoscopy, photography, and holography. A new multicolor laser with independently tunable lines is developed and investigated. The laser of such a type can be appropriate for observation, investigation and imaging of the color objects in biology and medicine. The application of such a laser permits to get the better color transfer, to increase the contrast of the details in the image of the object, to decrease the concentration of the tincturing dyes used for visualization of the tissue details, to avoid the influence of the specles on the information, which one gets from the image, to decrease the probability of postaction of the laser irradiation along the process of diagnostics and so on.
