The areas of my research interest are computer vision, natural language processing, vision-language, multimodal information retrieval and knowledge graphs. The core aspect of my current research consists of information-retrieval from figures and tables in scientific papers and its semantic relationship with the Open Research Knowledge graph (ORKG).
