Manufacture technics is an important research field of microsystem. It limits the microsystem dimension. To enhance the ability of manipulating material unit with micron, nanometer or more microscale dimension will further minimize microsystem dimension. Rapid prototype manufacture(RPM) technology is the application of philosophical idea on substance separability. The dimension of its manufacture objects is limited by the dimension of minimum controllable physical grain of material or the minimum molecular produced in a governable chemical reaction. The meaning of bionic manufacture(BM) is clarified. In BM process, the procedures of ore material extraction, refining, materials fabrication, and production molding etc. in traditional manufacture process are integrated into the vital process of one or more kinds of microbes. BM can construct both micro and macro systems. Through the research on design methodology of rapid prototype manufacture technology and the bio-manipulation development, this paper presents the concept and principle of rapid biologic manufacture(RBM) and its feasibility of technological programs. One design concept is based on the microorganism hydrometallurgical concentration, RBM is implemented by metallic ions localized reducing or in die cavities. The other design concept reconstructs the shape and improves the capability of metal ion enrichment of a certain microorganism by using descendibility technology, regarding the individual microbial as a basic material unit, RBM is implemented numerically by means of electric, magnetic, optical, biologic or others orientation and micro metallurgical treatment. The application of rapid biologic manufacture technology will decrease the pollution and energy crisis brought by traditional manufacture process.
