Analysis of unlike charged particle one-direction flows propagation in a one-dimensional system is conducted for non-relativistic and relativistic cases. Analytic expressions and graphic dependences characterizing the flow propagation and interaction are derived. It is shown that the complete current limitation by a space charge in the given case is not achieved. Comparative analysis of bipolar and like-direction flows from which it follows that like-direction flows are less limited by a space charge, is performed for a non-relativistic case. 5 refs.; 5 figs.
