How could it safely, quickly, and comfortably carry thousands of passengers across the notoriously brutal Irish Sea, with its driving wind, rain, fog, and heavy swells? CPS+GLONASS: TOWARD SUBNANOSECOND TIME TRANSFER - Just as traditional users are exploring GPS's positioning capabilities, so too is the timekeeping community testing its ability to aid in the myriad tasks it performs.
