A catalogue of the genuine collection of curious subjects of natural history : Consisting of Great variety of scarce and beautiful shells, corals, minerals, petrifactions, stuffed birds, insects, &c. Together with antique gems, statues, busts, lamps, fibolas, etruscan and roman earthern-ware, and other remains of antiquity. As also various pieces of antient statined glass, pictures, (among which is a capital miniature portrait of General George Monk, Duke of Albermarle, by Cooper,) Prints, and drawings, framed and glased, &c. of Edward Jacob, Esq., F.A.S. of feversham, author of antiquities of feversham, plantæ fevershamienes, sheepy fossils, &c. and of the the Rev. Mr. Lightfoot, chaplain to the late Dutchess Dowager of Portland, both deceased: which by order of their executors, will be sold by auction, by Mr. Gerard, at his House, in Litchfield-Street, St. Anne's, Soho, on Monday, June 8; 1789, and the three following days, at half after eleven o'clock precisely.
