Comment - The Competition Authority of Ireland v O'Regan: A Comment - This article comments on the Irish High Court's most important judgment since the enactment of the Irish Competition Act 2002. The case concerned an action taken by Irish Competition Authority against the Irish League of Credit Unions (a representative body for trade unions both in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland).
